How do I pay?

You pay the full value of the stay by card at the time of booking, through Stripe. We never store your card number. Prices are shown in USD.

When is my card actually charged?

We place a hold when you book and only take the money once your room is confirmed in our system. If the room cannot be secured, the hold is released and you are not charged.

Can I cancel?

You can send a cancellation request. We review and respond to it — a request does not cancel the stay automatically.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds are handled case by case. Send a cancellation request and we will come back to you.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 12:00. Most stays are self check-in — we send instructions and door codes before you arrive.

What documents do I need?

Vietnamese law requires us to register every guest, so we need a copy of the passport or ID card for each person staying.

Where are the stays?

All of our stays are in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The exact address and directions are sent once your booking is confirmed.
