Small room in a great location, but the stairs are steep and best suited for fit people

A wonderful stay at Saigon Hideout - communication with the hosts was extremely fast and very helpful which made check in after a long travel day stress free. As for the property, the room was clean, spacious, had a fan and AC as it did get quite hot during the day and lots of amenities available. We took the opportunity to cook two homemade meals as the kitchen provided a variety of utensils and cooking equipment alongside a fridge to keep things cool. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here in HCM as it’s very easy to access local landmarks via Grab and there are lots of things to do locally alongside a large supermarket for anything needed. Thank you Saigon Hideout for making our trip to HCM a memorable one.

A great low key stay within the busy city of HCMC. Great location where it’s a bit quieter but you’re still very close to all the action. The hosts were great and very friendly and responsive. Would recommend for anyone to stay here!

Godt sted med god lokalitet. Dem der havde stedet var gode til at svare og hjælpe. Lidt svært at få deres vand i bruseren til at virke optimalt og sengen var ikke så god. Men overordnet set en god oplevelse!

J’ai passé un super séjour dans cet airbnb, je ne vois pas ce qui aurai pu être mieux, authentique, propre, sécurisé, près du centre, prix, communication. C’est une gemme rare, si je repasse par saigon j’essayerai de revenir ici !

Very nice place to stay

Insgesamt gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war schön und ein guter Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Allerdings war die geteilte Küche nicht ideal: Einige Stühle waren kaputt und jeden Tag lag Rattenkot auf dem Tisch. Am frühen Morgen hört man draußen die Menschen und das Bambao-Rufen, und abends manchmal den Nachbarn – die Wände sind also recht dünn, aber es war noch auszuhalten. Wir wollten vor allem eine Badewanne und Ruhe, und das war zum Glück möglich. Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war häufig, da es mehrere Admins gibt, Immer schnell geantwortet. Ich hatte Probleme, mich bei Netflix anzumelden, sie haben sich sofort darum gekümmert – die Vermieterin kam sogar persönlich vorbei, was ich sehr positiv fand. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine im zweiten Stock, und die Gegend ist recht zentral gelegen. Leider gab es zum Schluss eine Enttäuschung: Beim Auschecken habe ich meinen SIM-Kartenhalter vergessen und das haben die nicht gefunden, obwohl ich mich sofort gemeldet habe, kam nicht sofort ein Antwort zurück

good location and comfortable

The place was beautiful. Location is good. You can explore on foot. The surrounding is peaceful. The host are very responsive and do help with recommendation. The bathtub and projector were the highlight. It was a great experience at this property. They also have a washing machine which came really handy after a 10 day long trip.

Had a great stay in HCMC. The apartment was close to popular attractions like the war remnants museum and surrounded by great restaurants. It is also centrally located so other attractions are just a short bike ride away.

Very funky place up in the roof top. The stairs are quite steep and narrow, so some people might have problems. I didn’t mind it. The place had great style. Perhaps a bit overloaded with gadgets, which meant a lot of instructions needed. Opening the gate was a bit annoying, especially arriving after a long day in the dark. But it wasn’t a deal breaker and I found the place well worth it. Would have loved to stay longer.

Place is good, just that it’s located in 3rd floor. Not really easy to bring big luggages to the room and also when heading out since the stairs are really stiff.
