Our property is a beautifully decorated studio with a good location. That is right, our house is right smack in Ben Thanh Market - just beside Malaysian Street. Our Smart Home Apartment is located in the Center of HCMC, District 1. Just ONE min to Ben Thanh & 5 minutes to Backpacker’s Street (Phạm Ngu Lao) by foot! Transport is super convenient. NOTE: WE UPDATED THE DESIGN FROM 01/03/2023! What is attractive about this house? There are 3 reasons why you should take this house: more than perfect LOCATION, a comfortable and the BEST PRICE for this location with a private apartment 📍 LOCATION: as I highlighted many times and you can take a look at the review, it is next to Ben Thanh Market, it is located on the 2nd floor of an old French building, convenient to go to Pham Ngu Lao Street, etc. At night, anytime you can come to the night market in Ben Thanh or Bui Vien Walking Street on foot. So if you are a tourist, you should choose this place because it will reduce your cost of transportation One good thing about this house is the building is not located in the alley, so after you go down you can take a taxi right away ( hmmm actually staying here you don't need to take a taxi anywhere... all the tourist spots can walk ) 📍 COMFORTABLE HOUSE: You will have the whole apartment all by yourself. It is located in a local building built during the American War, so you will have the feeling very Saigon - I believe this is the purpose for traveling right? To know how the local lifestyle, communicating with the neighborhood - they are super very friendly and nice. It is considerably quiet for a home right smack in the center of the city. Our cute little attic with a relaxing bed will accompany you throughout the night. Chill out after a long day exploring HCMC in our home! 📍 REASONABLE PRICE: The AirBnBs around my place mostly cost double my price, for sure. You can research the price around. ☘️Accommodates Max: 2 Pax ⚠️ We don't have an elevator in the building; you will have to climb the stairs to reach the room. 🪄Amenities: - Nice cozy balcony so you can enjoy the view - 80 INCH Projector with Netflix HD, Spotify and YouTube. Watch movies on the big screen. - G@ogle Nest Hub speakers. Ask G@ogle anything about the best food or the nearest Coffee - Free 80 mb/s High Speed Internet with WiFi & Air Conditioned Room - Plenty of local food around, at any time of the day. l'appartement est très bien situé et offre un bon rapport qualité prix.
Really lovely place right in the center of the center. Just one room with one improvised bathroom, so don't expect luxury, but aircon works, balcony is nice, basic kitchen is there and so all in all a clear recommendation!

Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine tolle Lage. Das Bad ist etwas klein und hat komisch gerochen, sonst war alles perfekt :)

I stayed here for a month. I’m giving it 5 stars not because it’s perfect, but because 4 stars and below gets the place delisted, and it doesn’t deserve to be delisted. The location is excellent: most major attractions are 5–20 minutes on foot, with endless food and coffee nearby, and the price is very cheap for the area. WiFi is reliable, the AC is strong, and street noise is minimal once windows are closed. The hosts are extremely responsive—they fixed a wobbly table and a bathroom drain the very next day. That said, the building is old (as mentioned in the listing), with a narrow staircase, musty smell, peeling wallpaper, and some mold in the bathroom. Furnishings are basic: the bed sags in the middle, the “workstation” is unusable - the table is too high for the chair, and laundry has to be dried outside in a space without sun or ventilation. Overall, it’s a no-frills apartment with flaws, but it's a great location for the price if you don't mind the trade-offs.
Book this if you want the authentic Saigon experience, living with the locals in your own short-term apartment. Every cool place in Ho Chi Minh is within walking distance. Will come back!

Absolute tolle Lage! Würden wieder buchen. Gerüche im Badezimmer gehören leider zu dieser Art an Gebäude. Die Lage, die schöne Inneneinrichtung machen dies für den Preis aber wett.
The appartment is located in the district 1 so is near to all the touristic location. The host is very responsive and helpful!
This place was really nice 😊 we really enjoyed the stay. Kitchen, balcony, washing machine and google speaker were really nice bonuses. Worth the money ☺️ Plus you live in a same building with local people, which we loved.

The place was easy to find, and check-in was smooth. It's very unique with a charming old-style design. The balcony is amazing, letting you enjoy the sounds of Saigon during the day but staying quiet at night. The hosts were wonderful and very welcoming. Highly recommended!
