Our apartment is located on De Tham street, District 1, about 50m2 (1 bedroom 2 beds, separate kitchen and toilet). It was in a very convenient location, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the host was quick to respond and very trustworthy.
Great place to stay in Saigon! Very central so we had lots to explore in a walkable distance. The Airbnb itself is very spacious and everything was in working order. The bathroom was fine and towels were provided which was nice. Aircon works fine, but the remote was in Japanese I think so I had to use google translate but all was good in the end. Only issue was that there was a roach in the kitchen but that’s through no fault of the Airbnb, it’s a tropical climate so you’re going to get roaches! So overall we had a great stay and experience, so thank you so much!!
1.房子就在中心地带，去很多地方都很近。 2.房子很宽敞，是本地人装修的感觉，家电齐全，但是略有一点陈旧。 3.有另外的地方存放行李，询问房东问题很快得到回复，很热心的服务。
Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans ce logement qui est pratique avec des activités proches. L’appartement aurait mérité un peu de ménage supplémentaire (sol et cuisine) mais la literie et les toilettes étaient propres, c’est le principal. Les bruits de la rue sont audibles mais pas dérangeant et les hôtes sont réactifs par message!

The place is very well hidden and has really nice street views. The bedroom was large and the beds comfortable. There is no central air but the ac in the bedroom cools the room well given a little time. Would visit again! Really got to see the heart of Ho Chi Min from this apartment. Also the kitchen and entrance hallways are comfortably large and the bathroom is more than accommodating, definitely loved the place.

Decent place for the price. Very good location, especially when you book Grab or food. The host was attentive and responsive. Tons of food and snack walkable distance. Close to most fun places in district 1. Will book again on our next trip
