Ich war mit dem Apartment sehr zufrieden 😊 Die Straße ist ziemlich authentisch und direkt vor dem Haus gibt es viele kleine Möglichkeiten, lecker zu essen – genau das, was ich an Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt mag. Das Apartment ist nicht neu, aber gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Bett befindet sich auf einer zweiten Ebene, was dem Raum eine besondere Atmosphäre gibt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr kommunikativ, freundlich und hilfsbereit und waren immer bereit, zu helfen. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohlgefühlt und würde gerne wieder hier übernachten. 😊

It’s good for the price

The air bnb came with a lot of amenities, a fridge, washing machine, TV and even a bath. The issue however was the general maintenance of the room. It was in desperate need of a revamp, it was quite run down. The floorboards were peeling off the ground, and there was multiple holes in the wall. The communication with the host was quite poor, it took 18 hours before I got a response from a real human instead of an AI chat bot.

Stayed here for a week and it was perfect! Great location! I was concerned about the noise but it gets quiet at night and I can get a good night sleep in! They had video instructions on how to find the apartment, turn on/off A/C. I love the big window as well, got great lighting! Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay, especially because of the excellent location. Having a delicious bo ne spot right below the homestay was a huge bonus and made meals very convenient. The host and their colleagues were incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay, and I truly appreciated the effort they put into ensuring everything went smoothly. The area itself is very convenient, with plenty of amenities within walking distance, making it easy to get around and explore. The view from the homestay was also great, adding to the overall experience. During the day, the space felt especially cozy and inviting, and the balcony was a lovely spot to sit, relax, and unwind. The neighbourhood is also very peaceful at night, which made for a comfortable and restful stay. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would highly recommend this place for its comfort, location, and warm hospitality. thank you!!!!

cozy little loft in district 1 with so much to explore in the area. quick walk to ho chi minh square, plenty of options for food and shopping. suitable for people who aren’t worried about tight spaces as the loft area has enough room to sit upright but not stand. great standing out on the balcony watching the bustling street below. very friendly host who gives accurate and detailed access instructions. perfect spot for my partner and i to enjoy a bit of what hcmc has to offer!

We loved our stay here! The Airbnb was fabulous and in such a great location. The hosts were amazing with communication and provided great information such as videos of how to lock/unlock the door and a video of the Airbnb before we arrived so we knew what to expect - super helpful! They were also really lovely people in their communication. Would 100% recommend! ❤️

The steps are shady and dirty. Good for the price but just scared of the apartment building.

The place is very accessible to many popular restaurants and shops! Walked most of the time and rarely booked taxis because of this place The outside place might be shocking at first but when you get to the unit, it’s great! I think that’s the charm of Vietnam haha

Felt like home, away from home! This stay is walking distance to cafés like Cộng Cà Phê, Ben Thanh Market, War Remnants Museum, Saigon port and other attractions. It’s closer to a couple of Gujarati Indian restaurants if you are into it. The apartment is cozy and staying here didn’t make us feel like tourists. Loved having the extra bed to watch Netflix and the balcony to soak in the Saigon mornings with a cup of coffee. Loved the stairs inside - an adventure every night and morning 😅 This apartment is traditional and don’t expect hotel like suite. Mind you, this is for the able bodied and adventurous kind if you are a heavy packer 😄. You will have a couple of flight of stairs to reach the apartment. Hosts were very kind and always available. The instructions with videos, recommendations for visiting places all helped us check in and checkout smoothly! ❤️ Overall, this was what we wanted to start off our trip to Vietnam. Bel endroit même si la cage d’escalier est sale et pas accueillante, disons que c’est dans son jus. Il y avait une invasion de petites fourmis au niveau du bureau et des chaises mais sinon l’appartement était propre. Il y avait quelques traces de vieillissement au niveau du sol et des murs mais globalement on y a passé un super moment ! Je recommande

Great place for a short stay, cozy, very good lightning inside, some interesting places around

The ultimate D1 air BnB. It has it all - location, cleanliness, charming loft style, friendly host and a truly authentic experience. You go from the bustling streets down below, up a couple flights of stairs within an older traditional building and then you enter this tastefully decorated, warm and cosy loft apartment where you can relax and unwind after your travels. I only stayed one night but wish I had time to stay longer. The hosts were always reachable via Airbnb or what’s app. There is a bun thit nuong place right across the street - I recommend it for a tasty meal plus there are a myriad of other local food options within 5 mins walk. Keep in mind, it is a loft with steep steps - for me, that was half the fun haha! but perhaps for older travellers or anyone with bad knees this may be an issue. If this home is available during my next visit to Saigon then I would 100% gladly stay again!
