There are 3 reasons why you should take this house. 1st: more than perfect LOCATION, Romantic house with outdoor SHOWER, BATHTUB, and GARDEN, the BEST PRICE for this location with a private apartment ✔ LOCATION: As highlighted, this house is in the center of Ho Chi Minh. It's only 15 minutes to Ben Thanh, 15 minutes to Pham Ngu Lao (Backpackers Street), and it's 50 meters to the main road, where everything is easily accessible. There's plenty of food nearby, and right opposite our place is a small, locally run cafe that has awesome coffee. ✔ COMFORTABLE HOUSE: It is a private building and not a local apartment. Your room is located on the THIRD floor. You'll be greeted by a beautiful hideout that will take you away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The alley is wide, short, and safe. The residents there are mostly locals, but very friendly and helpful. You will be in safe hands. Make some connections with them and experience Vietnam's warm hospitality You will have the whole apartment all by yourself, so you will have the feeling very Saigon - I believe this is the purpose of traveling, right? You can research the price around. You'll have an oasis with an outdoor garden, which you will not find in HCM due to the lack of space for 30 million people cramped into a small city.
