There are 3 reasons why you should take this house. 1st: more than perfect LOCATION, comfortable whole HOUSE with family-friendly amenities, the BEST PRICE for this location with a private apartment ✔ LOCATION: As highlighted, this house is in the center of Ho Chi Minh. It's only 5 minutes to Ben Thanh, 5 minutes to Pham Ngu Lao (Backpackers street ) on foot, and it's on the main road where everything is easily accessible. So if you are a tourist, you should choose this place because it will reduce your cost for transportation. One good thing about this house is that the building is not located in the alley, so after you go down, you can take a taxi right away ✔ COMFORTABLE HOUSE: It is an old property lived in by the locals ever since Saigon gained its independence. As such it might be a little run down, but it is as local as it gets. The residents there are mostly senior citizens, but very friendly and helpful. You will really be in safe hands. You will have the whole apartment all by yourself, located on the SECOND FLOOR, so you will have the feeling very Saigon - I believe this is the purpose for travelling, right? To know how the local lifestyle communicates with the neighborhood - they are super very friendly and nice. Awesome room exceeded the expectations. The Entrance to the room is a bit shabby. Washroom (especially the Shower / Toilet area needs to be upgraded)
The host was very nice and responsive. She helped us throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The location of the building is fantastic, you are in the heart of district 1 and close to all the shopping areas and major attractions. Only reason i gave a 9 is because the building in itself from entering and the stairs were really shady. Other than that I had no complaints.

I love Ho Chi Minh City, the city never sleeps. The house is superb, everything you need and the small balcony is perfect. The hosts are amazing, very helpful. I wish to stay there forever so I recommend 💯% 😀
Perfect Stay in Ninh Binh Excellent cottages with water and rocks view, pond had lots of fish. Very scenic beautiful property with comfortable rooms. We planned to stay for a day and then extended our trip here. The hotel’s ambience and nature Ninh Binh perfectly. Duc and Flower were very helpful, smiling and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay :) None

BEST PLACE IN HO CHI MINH CITY! This place was very discreet & safe. May seem lil sketchy at first, but it’s expected in new country I never been in before. This place was so dope the balcony was icing on the cake with the LED lights inside tbh. Not to mention everything is literally in walking distance & there’s a bomb food restaurant right below the room! Walking street is 5 minute walk away so whether you want party or food is all near. Also an ATM right outside the building as well ❤️. But I’m done ranting I’m definitely coming back to Vietnam & I’m 100% booking this apartment again!!

Tuyệt vời Lúc đầu thì nghĩ bình thường nhưng đến ở thì thấy mọi thứ tuyệt vời, phòng rất rộng và sạch sẽ, thoải mái, nằm giữa trung tâm quận 1 tiện đi lại, giờ giấc thoải mái. Tiện gửi xe máy ngay dưới phòng Cầu thang dẫn lên đi hơi mệt và thỉnh thoảng có mùi chút nhưng đổi lại phòng rất sạch
Le logement est correct mais nous avons été un peu déçus par rapport aux photos très prometteuses. On entre directement dans la chambre qui est immense mais parait assez vide avec un lit posé étrangement au plein milieu. La belle baignoire est en réalité en plastique et la salle de bain souffre en effet comme le disaient certains commentaires de l'humiditécomme la cuisine dont le plafond s'éfrite peu à peu (il y avait des morceaux chaque matin par terre). Aussi le logement est situé à côté d'une grande avenue et est assez mal isolé donc le bruit des voitures reste présent toute la nuit. Dans l'ensemble, un logement satisfaisant mais pas un coup de coeur de notre côté. Les hôtes sont réactifs et partagent des activités à faire aux alentours.
Nous avons passé une nuit dans l’appartement, très propre, bien placé, on recommande fortement !

Location and living area was great just like description but the bathroom is terrible floor always wet, shower leaking, mold all throughout the bathroom, and no ventilation. Good for a short stay it’s a really pretty room just the bathroom is the only negative part
Personally, we didn't like it, butwe can say that the host is very helpful and supportive! We can recommend it but it didnt match personal preferance.
Such a beautiful room – chic, comfortable, and designed with so many romantic details. An ideal choice for a honeymoon or a couple’s escape. We loved how calm and well-thought-out everything was, making the whole stay feel truly memorable and special.
perfect stay for a group of 3 great host, great location, great stay
Booked this place only because our flight got moved 3 days earlier, but I honestly wish I had booked it for the entire 7-day stay—it was lovely! The balcony, the bed, the inclusions, and oh… did I mention the bathtub? 🥹 The hosts were super polite and proactive too. The stairs did give me a little jump scare at first (haha!) but you’ll get used to it. Overall, an amazing stay and such a perfect spot for travelers.
