Our TINY HOME Apartment is located right smack in the city center. 5 minutes from Ben Thanh, 1 minute from Starbucks, and plenty of street food stalls scattered nearby, while having a 40-inch TV with Android TV and Premium Netflix, Spotify Premium, a Powerful 2.1 soundbar,... Our apartment is in an old pre-war, American-built building, but it is 100% safe. As of 1st Feb 2023, we have installed adequate soundproofing. The traffic and neighbour noise have now been addressed: What is attractive in this house ? There are 3 reasons why you should take this house. 1st : more than perfect LOCATION, comfortable whole HOUSE with family friend amenities, the BEST PRICE for this location with private apartment ✔ LOCATION : As highlighted, this house is in the central of Ho Chi Minh. Its only 5 minutes to Ben Thanh, 5 minues to Pham Ngu Lao ( Backpakers street ) by foot and its on the main road where everything is easily accessible. So if you are tourist, you should choose this place because it will reduce your cost for transportation. One good things about this house is the building is not located in the alley, so after you go down you can take taxi right away ✔ COMFORTABLE HOUSE : It is an old property lived by the locals ever since Saigon gained its independence. As such it might be a little run down but it is as local as it gets. The residents there are mostly senior citizens but very friendly and helpful. You will really be in safe hands. You will have the whole apartment all by yourself, located on the FIRST FLOOR, so you will have the feeling very Saigon - i believe this is the purpose for travelling right ? To know how is the local life style, communicating with neighborhood - they are super very friendly and nice, . It is considerably quiet for a home right smack in the center of the city. ✔ REASONABLE PRICE: the AirBnB around my place mostly cost double my price for sure :) you can make the research the price around. You'll have a smart home experience with a beautiful bathtub to unwind after a long day exploring. Don't fancy that? Watch a movie on our 40 inch TV with Android TV and Netflix Premium. When I got there the power went out and we had no air-conditioning for one hour. It was so hot and it kind of smelt a little mouldy. That being said, the host did respond quickly and immediately moved us to another one of his Airbnbs this one was very well situated. I didn’t know how to turn on the AC and he responded quickly to help me.
Logement très bien situé dans HCM à proximité à pied de la cathédrale de la poste ou encore de la fameuse rue Bui vien. L’hôte est très réactif et répond au moindre problème. Et pour finir le logement est situé juste au dessus d’une petite échoppe très sympathique, tenue par un couple tout à fait adorable.
Had a wonderful stay. The staff were very responsive and always quick to assist with any requests. They arranged everything we needed promptly and made our stay smooth and comfortable. Great hospitality and excellent service. Highly recommended!
If you just here for the location then this is the place for you. Lots of walkable nearby location such as Ben thanh market, Buivien, Central market, etc.

Dear Saigon Hideout Team, and of course everyone else, we arrived really early by train, as i was not feeling good the let us rest in there office, what was really helpful. Overall the Communication with the Team was top notch! We also like the apartment, its clean and very spacious! There are only two little thing you have to keep in mind - 1. the stairs to the second floor/second bed is very very steep! 2. Because there are no windows the only way to get the feeling of fresh air is the AC. But this does not get rid of the mold smell of the bathroom as it is just a room, not meant to be a bathroom. So there issome buildups under the wallpaper. But as long as you keep the door shut or be in the room it does not bother. But except that we had a good time, the location is perfect for walking everything important in district 1. thanks team! Wishing you all the best!
The apartment was sufficient for a comfortable stay and had the basic amenities needed, though it may not be ideal if you’re looking for a more luxurious experience. Excellent location, the host was very helpful and responsive throughout, which made the stay smooth and pleasant overall.
Great place to stay. Central to all attractions. Most of them are walking distance. we enjoyed a lot. would reconsider staying here next time

The place is located at centre of district 1, which accessible to restaurants and shopping. Walkable to Ben Thanh Market and convenient stores. Although it may look old compare to the photos, but it has everything you need, the price is definitely worth the value you paid for. Great value for a family to stay.

This is an amazing place to stay that's well worth the money. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, the place is clean, very quiet despite being next to the road. The best part about it is how central it is. Every major places is within walking distance. And it's right next to the bus stop if you need to travel. An easy recommend if you need a good place to stay in HCM
